A website for your business, and someone who keeps it working.

We build it, then we run it — hosting, security, updates and your edits, every month. You never log into anything.

Most small business websites are abandoned six months after launch.

Someone builds it, hands over a login, and moves on. Then a plugin breaks. The certificate lapses and browsers start warning people away. The hours are wrong because nobody remembers how to change them, and the phone number is one you stopped using two years ago.

A year later the site is doing more harm than having no site at all. That isn't a design problem — it's a maintenance problem, and it's the part nobody wants to sell you.

  • Nothing to log into. Send us the change and we make it.
  • Nothing to renew. Hosting, domain and SSL are handled and paid for.
  • Nothing to patch. No plugins or server code to fall behind, and security checks run every week.
  • Nothing to chase. A one-page report each month shows it's up and fast.
02

What's included, in plain terms

All of it is covered by the monthly fee. There is no upgrade tier, no per-change billing, and nothing held back for a premium plan.

  • A site built around your business

Written and laid out for what you actually do, not dropped into a stock theme. Usually one fast page with four to six sections — which is what most local businesses need and all most visitors read.

  • Hosting, domain and SSL

Your site is served from a global CDN with a certificate that renews itself. We pay the bills and handle the paperwork. Nothing lapses because nobody remembered.

  • Unlimited content edits

New hours, a price change, a service you've added, a note about the holidays. Send it over. You see a preview, you approve it, it goes live — usually the next day.

  • Uptime monitoring

Automated checks run against your site every hour, around the clock. If it goes down, we're alerted and a person picks it up — seven days a week — and tells you if it's the kind of problem you'd want to hear about.

  • Security checks

Your site is static — no server code, no plugins, no CMS — so there is almost nothing to attack or patch. What can go wrong is configuration, so that is what we check every week: security headers, the https redirect and the certificate. Every published version is a restore point, so any change can be undone.

  • Local search groundwork

The structured data that tells Google your hours, your phone number and where you work — kept in step with the site itself, so a change in one is a change in both.

  • Speed and broken-link checks

Scheduled performance and link testing, because a site that loads slowly or sends people to a dead page costs you the same customer a broken site would. Anything that slips gets fixed as part of the monthly work.

  • A monthly report

One page, in plain English: whether the site stayed up and how fast it loaded. No dashboard to learn, no login to remember.

No contract. Month to month. Cancel any time and we hand over the domain and the files.

The part you're actually paying for

The website is the easy half. This is the half that runs every day, whether or not you ever think about it — and it's the half you can't see, which is why it's drawn here.

Four steps, about a week

Most of the work is ours. You spend perhaps an hour in total, and you see the finished site before you pay anything.

  1. We talk

    30 minutes

A phone call or a coffee. What you do, who your customers are, and the one thing you want the site to make happen — more calls, more bookings, more people through the door. Nothing to prepare.

  2. We gather what already exists

    2 days

Your logo, your hours, your services, your reviews, and whatever photos you have. If the photos aren't good enough we'll say so plainly — it's the one part of a website that's hard to work around.

  3. We build it and send you a link

    3–4 days

A private preview of the real site, not a mockup. You read it, tell us what's wrong, and we fix it. Nothing is published until you say so — that's true of this build and of every change afterwards.

  4. It goes live, and it becomes our job

    Same day

We point the domain, publish, and switch on monitoring. From that morning the site is maintained: you don't renew anything, patch anything, or remember anything.

05

Nothing goes live until you've seen it

The first build and every edit after it stop at a preview link with your name on it. There is no version of this where a change reaches your customers before it reaches you.

How a change reaches the site: you send it, we build a preview, you approve, it goes live 01 You send the change EMAIL OR TEXT 02 We build a preview BY THE NEXT DAY 03 You look and approve NOTHING PUBLISHES WITHOUT THIS 04 Live UP NOT RIGHT? IT GOES BACK, NOT LIVE

$300 to build it.
$99 a month to run it.

That is the entire price list. No setup fee, no hosting invoice, no hourly rate for changes.

One-time build

300

Due when the site goes live — not before. The build includes two rounds of revisions; if it still isn't right after those, you don't pay and we part ways as friends.

Ongoing

99/month

Starts the month after launch. Covers everything listed here, month to month, with no contract.

The monthly fee covers

  • Hosting on a global CDN
  • Domain registration and renewal
  • SSL certificate, renewed automatically
  • Unlimited content edits
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring
  • Weekly security and broken-link checks
  • Backups of every published version
  • One-click rollback if a change goes wrong
  • Structured data kept in step with your site
  • A plain-English monthly report

Founding rate — our first ten clients. This is what you pay for as long as you stay with us, even after the price goes up for everyone after you.

You own it. The domain is registered in your name. Leave whenever you like and we hand over the files. No refunds: the paid month runs to its end, and cancelling is a decision, not a penalty.

Seven days a week, and how fast you'll hear back.

The monitoring runs around the clock. We don't — so here is exactly what to expect, instead of a promise nobody could keep at three in the morning.

What you can hold us to

Calling us
Seven days, not just weekdays. If we can't pick up, we call you back the same day — usually within the hour. You won't be handed to a machine and forgotten.
Booking a call
Consultations run at midday, in the evenings and at weekends, on purpose. You're running a business during the day — so are we, and 2:00 PM suits neither of us.
A new enquiry
A reply from a person within one day, weekends included. Not an autoresponder, and not a sequence.
A change to your site
A preview link by the next day. It goes live the moment you approve it and never a minute before.
Something urgent
Wrong hours, a wrong phone number, a closure notice, or a site that's down. Sorted the same day, any day of the week — these are quick, and quick things shouldn't wait for Monday.
If your site goes down
Automated checks watch it around the clock and we're alerted the moment it happens. A person picks it up as soon as they can reach a keyboard, whatever day it is.

Reasonable questions

If yours isn't here, ask — we'd rather answer it now than have you guess.

Why is the build fee only $300?

Because the monthly fee is where this business actually works. We would rather look after a site for years than take one large invoice and never see it again.

It also puts the risk on us instead of you: you see the finished site before you pay the $300, so we only get paid if we've built something you want.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and the site's files are yours. If you decide to leave, we hand everything over and help the next person pick it up. Nobody should be able to hold your website hostage, including us.

What if I don't have a website at all right now?

That's the easiest case, and it's most of the work we do. We start from a conversation rather than from untangling someone else's.

What if I already have one?

We'll look at it and tell you honestly. Usually the right answer is a rebuild. Sometimes it's leaving it alone and just taking over the maintenance, and if that's true we'll say so rather than sell you a build you don't need.

What counts as an unlimited edit?

Text, photos, hours, prices, staff, services, a new section, a seasonal notice. Anything that's a change to your site.

What isn't included is rebuilding the site into something fundamentally different — a new design direction, or adding a store where there wasn't one. That's a new build, and we'd tell you that before doing any work.

Can I edit the site myself?

You can ask for access, but you shouldn't need it — not having to is the service you're paying for. Send the change by email or text. You'll get a preview link, and once you approve it, it's live.

Do you do online booking or ordering?

We connect the tools you already use — a booking link, an online menu, an order page, a payment link — and make them work properly on the site. We don't build custom software, and we'll tell you early if what you need is outside what we do.

How quickly do changes actually go live?

Usually the next day, weekends included. Every change goes to a preview link first and waits for your approval, because publishing straight to a live site is how mistakes reach customers. Urgent corrections — wrong hours, a closure, a bad phone number — jump the queue.

09

Rather just talk to someone?
